The central area of the main façade is embellished with quarry stone on a sloping podium, adorned with cavities and five semi-circular spans which support a second series of arches that are separated by Ionic pilasters; a symbiosis between arches and columns that together with the preceding balustrade, is undoubtedly a reminder of the works of Palladio.
