The slight inclination of the stage, which boasts a 9 metre high and 11 metre wide proscenium arch, has been corrected and has been equipped with a system of platforms which can be expanded over the orchestra pit. The stage, the third in Spain, is separated from the stalls by means of a safety curtain which is automatically activated on detecting a fire.
Five hundred independent circuits of more than one million watts have been installed in the scenic lighting, as well as other circuits for television thus avoiding wires being suspended in the public areas. Furthermore, the infrastructure counts with control and regulation systems, multiple lighting positions and light fixtures.
